The Hydra Trading Company & the Hydra Gallery ◊ Hydra Town

Be sure to pass by The Hydra Trading Company & the Hydra Gallery, a new venture opened during the 2014 regatta weekend by French mother and son team Veronique and Tom Powell. Located in the old police station, adjacent to the Rabias supermarket (Annemarie’s), this second-floor shop/gallery space is a feast for the eyes. Veronique and Tom plan to display the works of local artists throughout the year; between exhibitions, visitors can view artist Tom Powell’s paintings of Hydra while browsing the stunning assorted crockery, homewares, knickknacks, and textiles offered for sale.

Hours: Monday through Thursday: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm, Friday through Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
